Patrick O’Toole is Vice President of Sales at Paradigm, partnering with public- and private-sector clients to manage catastrophic workers’ compensation claims and improve recovery outcomes.

He brings more than 30 years of industry experience, with prior leadership roles at Sedgwick, Stratose, and Concentra Medical Centers. Patrick holds a Finance degree from Texas Tech University and is based in Spring Branch, Texas.





To promote workers’ compensation best practices and help recruit and educate the next generation of Workers’ Compensation professionals.

To advocate for the workers’ compensation industry in Oklahoma, especially for those employers looking for representation in the regulatory process.
